Museum District Transformation

Our clients moved into an old, outdated condo that they wanted to call their forever home. The previous owner had a completely different taste, and the floor plan was very restrictive. We started by opening up the floor plan completely so that the living, dining, and kitchen spaces all flowed together seamlessly. The kitchen was completely renovated into a midcentury look with modern amenities. The carpet was ripped up and replaced with beautiful wide plank light wood. and the heavy, dark window panels were replaced with semi-sheer shades that promote privacy while letting in natural light. The washer/dryer was moved out of the kitchen into the hallway. Finally, the hallway bath was completely gutted and renovated to suit the new owners' tastes.

Many thanks to the professionals who helped with this beautiful transformation. We are especially grateful for the assistance from Angela at Avalon Flooring, Anthony and Mike at C&R Building Supply, Benjamin Moore paint, Angelo's Marble & Granite, Ashanti at Interior Define, Chris at Grossman's Furniture,Lighting New York, Shawn at Laffco painting, and Jerry at Aversa General Contractors.
