Vista Leaf First Floor Renovation

A growing family needed a major renovation. Their kitchen and general floor plan became disruptive to their routine. We gutted their first floor in order to move and scale up the kitchen, add a half bathroom, vault the ceiling, replace the floor, add a mudroom off of the driveway, and add more storage. Everyone was amazed by the transformation and how much larger the home felt. We are so proud of our work on this renovation and the quality of life it offers. Please note the photos were taken before the home was fully furnished.
